As of this morning, skeletal mage uses 100% of essence on first cast and also Life Support rune is no longer working
Edit - I should mention this is with seasonal play, tested on normal character and was working fine.
I can’t see your Necromancer, but I would suggest making sure you aren’t using the Singularity rune. There is also a shoulder slot item that gives this rune.
