Shoulders - Which Item to enchant?

Hi,

Seeking guidance on which is the recommended stat to reroll to cool down reduction on the following Vyr Shoulders :

450 Int
100 All Resist
10% Life
Armor

Hi, certainly roll all resist to cdr since you get so much resistance from main stat

As alex mentioned, roll All Resist => 8% CDR

Then wait for a better item (Ancient or Primal) to drop. It depends a little on your overall Paragon rank, but in the end you’d most likely want % CDR, % Life, Armor and either MainStat or VIT on a shoulder piece.
