Shenlong set while channeling spells has weird behavior

When using the shenlong set, once you cap your spirit, you are expected to get a damage and spirit drain debuff.

While Channeling tempest rush with the Justice set and epiphany (thus having insane spirit regen), i find that rarely (10% of the time) i get the debuff immediately when topping spirit.

The rest of the time, i will keep channeling while being at 100% spirit from anywhere to 1 to 10 seconds before shenlong actually kicks in.

It is very hard to make this work with the CoE rotation due to the unexpected delays

Edit: I would like to add that this currently greatly breaks the best monk solo push build on seasonal.

As the dev is changing the shenlong for 2.6.10, we can ask them to fix this issue or reduce the spirit drain

It breaks it ENTIRELY. I am literally stuck on 115, not because I cannot kill things, but because I cannot kill things CONSISTANTLY as I CANNOT time COE and Shenlong…IM so annoyed.
