Here’s an idea: Without adding any additional weapon, let DHs use Shadow Killer if they smart roll it. It would have only Karlei point power. C’mon, its SHADOW KILLER and should work with the Shadow set. Closest thing to a D2 assassin that D3 offers, so right in keeping with the seasonal theme.
