Hit stun hurts melee characters far more than ranged characters, and they are already forced to tank far more damage (not that elite affixes are that more balanced).
Now, maybe somewhere in your written diarrhea you address this question, but you need to write a far more concise opinion.
Just like how I don’t grade students better if they write more, your argument doesn’t gain more weight by the mile.
