Then I would suggest you avoid most games rated Mature as they tend to have some form of nudity, violence, and/or gore.

D3 is PEGI rating M for mature… if you cannot handle such nudity in D3, then you are not mature enough to play it.

I am new to the game, some friends convinced me to play. It’s a really fun game. It’d be nice if there was an optional setting for this. That’s all I’m asking

You still haven’t given us an example of what you find objectionable. Is it the succubi and such? Is it the characters that can wear vanishing dye on their armor pieces? Is it Greed? (Ugh!) Or are you simply bored and looking to stir trouble here for no reason whatsoever?
