Tip: Whenever you first come to these D3 Forums, make sure you’re at the Forum Index. Then, click the Blizz Tracker button. Doing this will bring up a list of all blue posts for all forums starting with the most recent post. If you’re only interested in blue posts in a specific forum, go to that forum. Then, when you click the Blizz Tracker button you will get a list of all the blue posts in just that forum.
