Seismic Slam Barb

Hey guys,

I’m looking for some advice for my Seismic Slamming Barb. Currently Paragon 1800, and I’ve only managed to clear 108 solos at max.

MOTE + IK 2 pieces build.

I’ve rolled for a max 30% physical damage, wondering if Cold Damage should be what I should be rolling for since I’m seismic slamming on Permafrost rune?

Your advice would help greatly.

I’m not a pro player but i can tell for sure that you should be rolling % cold damage if using permafrost rune.
