Maybe the demons the angels and the nephalem can just sit around a camp fire and sing songs.
The mission in Diablo 4 will be who can sing the loudest. Will we have a cheater board for that?

The new story line will include introductions to several characters who are struggling in various ways to cope with the ongoing Eternal Conflict. In an endeavor to show compassion and acceptance, the slaying of demons will be explicitly forbidden. Our developers feel that killing is no longer an acceptable solution to the problems we face in our world. Safe spaces will provided as well as extensive opportunities for counseling and group support.
In an effort to support players and offer build diversity and let each player express himself as he, she, or xe wishes, in-game items will be provide support for builds focused on both sitting and singing.
We would like to address this concern by stating that we at Blizzard emphatically oppose stereotyping of both angels and demons. We believe in embracing diversity and in supporting a multicultural environment where angels, humans, and demons can live together in peace. We strive to move beyond an atmosphere where one feels he must merely tolerate difference to one in which those differences are embraced and celebrated.
Harumphing will be strongly discouraged in our new platform. Negative expressions such as these can at best be described as microaggressions and frankly we believe they represent the kind of intolerance which we strenuously oppose. A robust reporting feature will be provided to handle such concerns. This feature will immediate separate both parties to an instanced safe space until such time as the players complete a therapeutic mindfulness session with our in-game yoga instructors cross-trained as therapists.

And what makes you think The department of Fair Employment and Housing even told Activision Blizzard that they were being investigated so that Activision Blizzard can even tell the shareholders
I’ve been in trouble with the police a handful of times and it’s not like they told me they were doing an investigation so I could “lose” evidence that points to me, I don’t find out until AFTER the investigation and come to my door to arrest me
And there I was thinking Activision Blizzard was an American company where they don’t lock you up first and fabricate evidence against you afterwards, or is that how the American system works now
Instead of innocent until proven guilty , It’s guilty until proven innocent and you can’t mount a defense while locked up with no lawyer

Good news! There’s no more scary because the IRS doesn’t call you. If they want something from you, they contact you via mail. 
You’re kind of grasping at straws here. The game content won’t be affected. Its style will remain intact. You might see fewer or even no references at all to Blizzard staff going forward, but you aren’t going to see the core of the content change because of this. The employees came on knowing what kind of content goes into Blizzard’s games. They have no issues with that. Their issues are what is outlined in the lawsuit filed by the DEFH.
This feels like it’s just a shameless cash grab lawsuit.
It has nothing to do with trying to help the minorities in Blizzard or right any of the wrongs.

Just a dogpiling lawsuit by a Plaintiffs’ firm. As stated above, most of the allegations are failure to disclose things that are themselves allegations in the Cali suit. I wouldn’t be worried.
The DEFEH was in contact with ATVI about the investigation. It tried to set up a negotiated settlement on three separate occasions before finally going public with a formal suit filing.

When allegations are admitted to by the accused party, they cease being allegations. Blizzard has already acknowledged publicly

After a report by Kotaku which detailed the alleged sexual harassment and misconduct surrounding the ‘Cosby Suite’, Activision Blizzard has confirmed that Alex Afrasiabi – the former creative director for World Of Warcraft who was named prominently in that report – was fired for misconduct in 2020. Speaking to Kotaku, Activision Blizzard stated the following:
“An employee brought these 2013 allegations to our attention in June 2020. We immediately conducted our own investigation and took corrective action. At the time of the report, we had already conducted a separate investigation of Alex Afrasiabi and terminated him for his misconduct in his treatment of other employees.”

Those are not confirmations of wrongdoing by Blizzard. They are actions taken by Blizzard against offending executives and employees.
Classic investor suits are not disclosing relevant market changes or perhaps executive departures. This sounds more esoteric put nicely.
Actually, it is confirmation.
Apparently, there is even more confirmations that are now known by looking at Blizzard’s communication of discrimination that has been leaked.
Blizzard deserves due process; however, if I were them, I would settle as quickly as possible and take the medicine that California and others administer.

I can’t imagine this will go anywhere.
As others have said, only no. 6 has much merit.
Tanking stock value likely is the most realistic way Blizzard will change though. So investors being annoyed can hardly be a bad thing.
