Completely missing seasonal missions, achievements just show blank framework. Tried doing a full clean and reinstall but nothing is working.

Most of my achieves are missing. And so are almost every character I have ever made. A level 3 is the highest level one that I have. And by bank that used to be full now only has one slot full of outdated stuff. I posted about this on the WoW forums.
And none of the toons shown here exist that it claims that I have. Not a single high level of mine exists and has no evidence that most of them did apart from me being able to look at armoury which gives a different list to the ones that are in game right now.
They know. I said lots about exactly this on the WoW forums. I also have a toon with the name of my btag that used to be in D3 as well but it is gone. DH was my main. That one was my second main.
I got a wizard to way higher level than it claims I did as well but that is the only one of mine that I deleted because I got bored of it. None of my other ones have been deleted by me ever and also show no evidence of existing apart from some that show as existing right now but at the wrong level.

Your issue is different than the OP’s.
That said, first, make sure you are logging the launcher into the correct Battlenet account. If that is correct, check the dropdown above the Play button to make sure you are logging into the correct region.

same here . ive verified the game through battle net launcher and ive reinstalled the game .restarted my pc and its still showing the !!MISSING!! - 0 and [PH] THIS TEXT SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH GAME DATA text so hopefully someone at blizzard cares enough to fix it
