How can I make sure I get the seasonal patch. My game did not get the patch at the beginning of last season
You can check your game version by opening the Battle.net launcher and looking at the version of the game in the lower left.
Your game should update as soon as the patch drops in your Region. Mine is still on 2.7.0, but it is supposed to be updated sometime today.
There is nothing you can do on your end (that I know of) to force your game to update.

It may be today, but it doesn’t have to be, and if it will, probably
in the afternoon.
