Hey JBNZ, I’m sure this will be small comfort for the frustration this bug is causing you, but Blizzard is aware and are apparently working on a fix. You can see Matthew Cederquist addressing it here:
In the meantime, some people (myself included) have found that having everyone in the party switch to a non-seasonal character and then back to a seasonal character provides a temporary fix. Hope it works for you too, best of luck
