Seasonal Challenge in-game email not working

Seasonal challenge will not give me items with in game mail (PC). Mail logo is not showing up on screen.

*** Also I was running the set dungeons and it always ends up freezing to where i cant teleport out or pick up items. This has happened to me twice. ***

  1. What Region?
  2. Was it the Monk Challenge Rift Character for today’s CR 327?
  3. Or was it last week’s CR 326 and you already collected it?
