I have uninstalled and reinstalled stil no luck help plz
If you are getting the season state unkown message, it is likely a connection problem. The game and console require specific firewall ports to be open. You should be able to log into your router/modem to setup port forwarding or turn on UPnP which should automatically forward device requested ports. This task can be overwhelming to some people. I recomend doing a search for port forwarding, and possibly look up information on your specific router/modem.
