They’re cycling through the seasonal cosmetics again. S30 is a repeat of the S18 cosmetics which unfortunately didn’t have Guardian specific cosmetics… and from the patch notes, it doesn’t look like they decided to add any in.
S31 should be a repeat of the S19 cosmetics, etc.
I really don’t understand why developers can’t move the Chinese D3 store to other regions, at least partially. It would bring them a lot of money.
Looks like I’ll be playing a WD for the first time in years.

In those times Blizzard not so greedy and Chinese shop was the only monetization in China. The access to game service was a free. Yep Chinese D3 was a F2P. But now for you they’ve made D4. Enjoy.

I personally feel that its completely warranted, given the way this has been handled. I am feeling a bit perturbed about it being talked as being a part of the game in both season and non season modes and feel as if we were mislead and given a false impression about it.
They haven’t learned.
This is not the first time they have enticed and talked about adding something good to the game, only to jerk it away at the last moment.
So yeah, those that hate how they have been treated yet again have every right to feel that way.
Now if you meant it as being unnecessary in that Blizzard didn’t have to do that to the player base, well that’s a different tack.
Even if they had an issue, bug, problem, it broke something, then just be bloody honest about it.
Don’t pretend it’s a miscommunication when we all know differently and that it even showed up briefly in NON-Season right when the patch dropped. Not to mention the communication from multiple sources indicating it being in the game on the whole, not just seasons, till after the change occurred.
They need to stop sugar coating things and hiding, and just spit facts here on the forums instead of everywhere BUT here.
Obviously, I’m a bit more perturbed about this than I thought.

For you maybe, many of us care about non season especially now that season won’t bring anything new anymore.
And since it has been specifically confirmed to come to non season, the hatred is more than warranted now that it does not.
The patchnotes and launcher still hold the wrong information to this point, only a Twitter post indicates that this is the desired behaviour
The launcher says:
Rites of Sanctuary and Visions of Emnity are here to stay
These two features from past seasons are now permanent additions to Diablo III. Try them out in Patch 2.7.7 today!
Would love to but contrary to what the launcher or even the patch notes say, they’re not available.

Hmmm, now the launcher barely says “Season 30 will soon be upon us” - that’s an English version.
German, Polish and Italian versions, however, say:
(DE) Riten von Sanktuario und Visionen der Feindseligkeit werden dauerhaft bleiben.
(IT) Riti di Sanctuarium e Visioni ostili non andranno più via.
(PL) Obrzędy z Sanktuarium i Wizje Wrogości zostaną z nami na zawsze.
which basically mean “Rites of Sanctuary and Visions of Enmity will stay forever”

Permanent doesn’t mean everywhere.
It does mean in a permanent mode tho, or at least in one mode at any given time
Which seasons are not. Therefore it is in fact not permanent if it’s seasonal only, unless future seasons start, the moment the previous season ends without downtime
