I participated in the overnight release of Diablo 3 and during the Season 3 event many, many years ago. I’ve returned to find the Season 3 pennant item available on all characters, including new seasonal characters on my account, but the included portrait frame from Season 3 is missing? Is there anyway to fix this and also have the portrait frame added to my account as well? I’m not sure why it is missing.
This item is not something you can discard, as it is a fixed permanent item added to your account forever. It’s strange that I have one part of the season 3 participation reward, but not the other.
