Season 29 end date

Hopefully S30 will start well before TDoT event ends. My only drive for S30 is to be able to level up the red soul shard legendary gem to max level. If I cannot obtain said leg gem during a season where there is insane power creep, there’s little point in me playing that season. I already have a set of max level leg gems.

2 days huh? It’s been over a week and nothing!

Makes me wonder why they decided to rush the ptr down to a week if they then wait till next year anyway.

But well, there were a lot of questionable decissions regarding that ptr. And we didn’t even get the S30 notes yet, let’s see what happens then…

Maybe they will release another PTR later. This is PTR #1 of 2 or 3?

Or the Soulshards will not be part of the season. Them being on ptr was unintended.

Where was this stated?

Well, allthough soul shards would be an amazing addition to season 30, its irritating me that the soul shards were not mentioned in their ptr preview.

Is either soul shards will be up in season 30 and they were somehow just not mentioned by the d3 team or its just the altar and the visions coming back which would in a way render the concluded ptr cycle inaccurate, at least in terms of leaderboards and from the community perspective.

im still hoping for the soul shards but im a bit high on copium. in a perfect world they would do a second ptr cycle and make further adjustments to sets, especially sets yet untouched but in need of adjustments.

im really looking forward to enjoying season 30 :+1:

Maybe the combination of soul shards and altar + enmity is too powerful and they need to adjust the power (calibration). That’s why it takes so long for them to tell us something

Nowhere.

I was just pulling stuff out of my anis how Blizz could surprise us even more.

They probably in crunch mode @ Diablo4 S3. These guys doing both. Maybe it’ll get same week release?
S29 end 1.12
S30 start 1.26
Unofficial

One good reason I can think of them not being mentioned is that they did not need to be tested. Having already been fully tested when they were originally used during S25, thus there was no need for further input regarding them from a PTR standpoint.

s2 ends 24th, so s3 will start on 25th. They better hurry up with D3 season launch.

nope they just closed the ptr and started their holiday time off.
I suspect right after new year we’ll get season end date and little to no changes from the ptr.

D4 seasons launch Tuesdays. D3 launch Fridays.

If you played the ptr at all most builds achieved 150 including the wizard under 2k paragon. I don’t know where you got that 11k paragon nonsense needed for 150

He is talking about nonseason. And he is right. If patch goes live as it is in ptr and there is no altar, 150 solo in nonseason will be very hard for gamers less than 10.000 paragon.

D3 and D4 = little difference…stay on the subject.

Its the same player base, most people do a 2-3 week speed 150 push then head for D4
