I have (at last) finished my first season journey in season 23. So happy… only to find that I am unable to claim the season journey rewards. Normally on PS4 you go into the season journey screen, hit the X to go into the category, then square to view rewards, then you SHOULD have a triangle to claim rewards. No triangle.
I have finished all the levels, objectives and categories. Even says “congratulations” in the rewards box.
I raised a ticket with customer service who say they don’t support console (!?) in this regard. And I should log this on the forum.
From other posts this has been an issue as far back as season 13.
Can this forum help me resolve the problem?
