Salvaging Whispers of Atonement

Hey gang,

It just occurred to me that I am going to be knee-deep in whispers of atonement pretty soon. Is there any way you guys can create a mechanic which allows players to salvage, combine, or use whispers of atonement in ways?

Or a process to dispose of them other than dropping on the ground or selling them to merchants for 16 gold.

Seeing as they are used as legendary gems it stands to reason they have the same options of disposal as legendary gems.

Or, maybe, I dunno, just stop picking them up too.

Wouldn’t it be cool if they were worth something like the soul shards were?
