- Updated the possible range of All Resistance on Rank 2 upgrades to 55-62.
- Updated the possible range of Armor on Rank 2 upgrades to 375-390.
With these recent PTR changes, even the worst Intelligence/Strength rolls are better for your All Resistance / Armor than a perfect roll of these stats will be.
Please consider increasing the numbers again or remove these affixes completely. Thanks!
