I finished the Seasonal Journey chapters on my demon hunter and got all the set items except the helm and gloves. I don’t have any mail and I don’t have the cosmetic unlocked either, meaning I never got them.
I hope you didn’t accidentally delete them. Did the gift come in the mail, or did it not even show up at all? If it did show up, are you sure you hit claim to inventory and not the trash icon?

Hi,
Haedrig’s gifts are awarded after completing Chapter II, III and IV; they will keep only for 30 days. Depending on when you completed Chapter II (helm + glove), it may be that they were deleted by the time you claimed them.
Without more info… hard to say for sure.
Also, you will need to farm for them the same way you would for any equipment… loot, Kadala, the Cube. Blizzard will not give you the missing items… there is no logs on what happened or might have gone wrong, so you will need to loot them yourself.
