I just got a ring of the zodiac with the quality to ignore durability loss. Then I looked and all my rings and ammies have durability. I thought they did not have any durability and were invincible!
AFAIK, all items have a durability. Items may have that property that ignores durability loss, and there is that legendary shoulder that eliminated durability loss on all items:
