Like the title suggests I am wondering if the passive Rigor Mortis works on the boss properly or not.
The correct answer here is…sort of. All Elites build up cc resistance over time. This has changed in power many times over the years, however, and I’m unsure of what the exact amount is today. In general, the longer you take to kill a boss the less he/she/it will be affected by any cc abilities that you have.

This is not 100% guaranteed to work all the time because some actions from bosses are actually unstoppable. In terms of Rift Guardians; however, I just let me follower do all the stunning and freeze. Most of the time you can just avoid the damage by running.
