I am tempted to roll out DEX in favor of Fire; my reasons:
#1. I can get DEX using Paragon.
#2. It is the lowest Stat.
My 2nd option is to roll out VIT in favor of Fire; reason:
DEX is more usefull offensively
My 3rd and irrational option is to roll out LPH in favor of Fire; reason:
It is a stat I can never get with Paragon
(I had an Old Primal, I salvaged that last July… been using cubed Bindings… But this Inna TR is so juicy, I got to have it equipped)
