Remove the cast delay for Ele-Druids

Stay a while and listen,
there was a incredible long cast delay for ele druids(Firestorm/Fissure) and it was only there to prevent lags/frame breaks due to its “complex” animation.
But after 20 years of hardware evolution it should be obsolete to cover this issue with a forced handbrake.


I don’t see any balance issues there(TBH there is no balance in D2 anyways xD), fire resistance/immunity is the most common in this game(NM+).

PVP should also be fine and you would see more ele druids there.
I have to admit that a Fissure spamming enigma druid sounds kinda tempting in PVP :o)

I would also like to see the removal of cross-cast-delay from between Armageddon and Hurricane. I dont mind if the cooldowns remain on them independently to prevent casting them over-and-over again, I would even say that simply casting them again - as long as you have mana - should just restart the duration.
