Random rubber banding while strafing

I wanted to know out of curiosity if anyone else has the same issue lately. I get some random rubber banding now and then while strafing, even when i’m not moving through bottlenecks.

Rubberbanding is usually a poor isp connections, probably high latency or packet loss.

The latency is fine, it must be then the packet losses

Look at the top of the Technical Support forums for the Blizz response Common Connection and Latency Issues (Read that and follow the instructions.) Its possible one of your hops is dropping packets, sometimes dropping your MTU size (Max Transmission Unit) to a smaller packet size can help with packet loss. {If thats the issue, follow the instructions from the Blizz to see if its packet loss}

Yeap, there are definitely some packet losses, i also have very bad ping values

Panjno has a YouTube video that can really help tweak with your internet connection and help with those packet losses. He has 2 videos out, get the 2020 version, he shows you how to set mtu values plus tweak your ethernet/wifi. I recommend this video even if you don’t have issues.
