Dunno about that, I had 5 when I came to that step on the altar, I currently have 70+ in the stash with probably 10+ used and given away.
I was stuck on the Ramaladni for a bit, too, but then I magically got one, used it on the Altar and then have gotten two more, both of which have been used to socket a weapon - one for my main and the other for the secondary (whom I used to complete the set mastery thing). I do hope to get at least 1 more but I am no longer locked, except I don’t want to give the Altar a Whisper 125 simply because, if I had one, I’d have used it to augment something (probably my only primal.)

If you’re complaining about a ramaladnis gift…wait till you need to farm for the staff of herding my guy. I’ve had seasons where I didn’t get a gift until about halfway through the season. Other seasons (this one included) where I have HUNDREDS of gifts. Like multiple stacks. It’s all rng bruv the gibbering gemstone took me 8 hours to farm this season, but last season I found it doing my first public bounty lol its really just luck and a gift is truly not hard to find. Run gr 90s until you get one. shouldnt take “seven 5 hour sessions grinding GRs” that would be like 500+ keys bro
