With a full Raiment set I am supposed to be getting my charge back when I use Dash.
At times i have tried to use Dash and had no charges. So i started watching when i use Dash and found that at times it does not return a charge. The whole point of this set is to use dash to power up your spirit builder attacks and it kind of defeats the purpose when you cant use dash. Dash should never be out of charges, but frequently I am out.

Charge is refunded only when you spend 75 spirit (reduced by RCR) for it. When you have below 75 spirit (reduced by RCR), you will still be able to use DS, but it won’t return a charge after you consume a charge. Do this 2 times in a row, you will end up with 0 charge DS.
Basically, resource instead of charge. If you don’t have the resource, game will consume a charge. So make sure you have enough spirit when you use it.
