I saw a report from Nov '19; The issue is either continuing or has reared its ugly head again…
Pulverized Overlay does not disappear unless you leave the game & return. Follows all screens.
NA Server, Gaming PC, Windows 10, Season 24 (and before); This has happened several times in the past & in the current season.
No other gaming issues.
