how do i start ptr?just keep getting diablo 3 needs update and exits the game,i try reinstalling and repairing still same issue

Of course it’s not you, because they haven’t patched it / released it yet. They tend to do it in the mid to late afternoon in Pacific time zone, i.e. it’s going to be hours from now before it becomes available.

The PTR has been pushed back to May 24. Please check our news section for updates and information on the PTR.
As technical support, we can only assist with the live version of the client, any testing phases like PTR (Public Testing Realm) or Betas are not supported by Technical support as it’s still in a testing phase. Once the PTR is available and open, the #ptr-feedback and #ptr-bug-report will be available for feedback and discussion. Due to the PTR not being available yet and a testing phase, this thread has been closed.
