New: PTR Bag of Recipes:

  • Gives all Blacksmith and Jeweler Recipes

I addition to missing Jeweler recipes, there’s quite a few missing Blacksmith recipes as well.

For me, this was evidenced by getting ~5 blacksmith recipes with each Odious Collector kill, which has been at least twice so far (on one character).

It seemed to me that the only recipes included were for the level 70 items, none of the recipes for the lower-level things.
