What about fixing Energy Twister?

Blizzard please fix Twisted Sword - it is bugged with Wicked Wind rune selected PTR Feedback

The affix on Twisted Sword applies automatically Raging Storm rune to Energy Twister. So it should deal 1600% damage over 6 seconds per one twister (3200% with two twisters combined as Raging Storm rune says) no matter which Energy Twister rune you select on your skillbar. But if you select Wicked Wind rune then it deals only 835% damage over 6 seconds per one twister. So in other words damage of Raging Storm is overwritten by lower damage of Wicked Wind.
