[PS4][S21][Co-op][Progress blocker] Soft lock when finishing Greater Rifts

Description:
Opening Kadala immediately after completing a Greater Rift in local co-op will cause the game to enter a soft lock state with the players unable to continue or perform any action.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch game;
  2. Have 2 players join in local co-op;
  3. Start a Greater Rift;
  4. Complete the Rift and return to town;
  5. Speak with Orek to finish the rift;
  6. Immediately speak with Kadala; (before the Rift complete window appears)
  7. Observe issue;

Note(s):

  • The GR was started in Act V.
  • The second player was the one to speak with Orek and Kadala.
  • To get out of the soft lock, the second player had to log out of the PS4, which in turn closed the bugged window.
