Not receiving any Chapter rewards, I have completed the 4 chapters and have received no rewards.
For Haedrigs gifts, you’ll need to highlight Chapter 2, and look at the bottom of the screen to follow the prompt to get haedrigs gifts. Same for Chapter 3 and 4.
For the seasonal rewards, they should be located where the other cosmetic items are in your inventory bag.

Nedludd - go to chapter 2, look at the bottom of the screen - it says to press square to see chapter rewards. Once you do this, it’ll take you to another screen showing the chapter rewards. From memory, you can press square again to claim the rewards (the bottom of the screen will tell you what to button you need to press). it’s a very messed up way of doing it, considering the PC version of the game mails the rewards to you…Blizzard, in their incompetent wisdom, decided to disable the mailbox in seasons on consoles to avoid duping in seasons. A hack fix, and a bad one at that. Also, sharing items with a group was disabled, for the same reasons. yet again, another ugly hack fix. So, seasons on console means you can’t drop or mail an item to a friend in your group during seasons. Again, consoles get 2nd class treatment vs the PC version of the game.
Blizzard could have easily made seasons online saves online (hell, make it for NS as well, get rid of the modded idiots and cheaters in NS too!), but nope, that was too much of an effort. Instead, we get dodgy fixed RNG rolls on rare upgrades and reforges (which leads to exploiting in seasons), not being able to share/drop items with our group party members, use of external 3rd party game save editors to get unlimited mats and 999 paragon at the start of the season in seasonal play…
Just plain laziness. It’s pretty obvious that Blizzard has no intention of fixing cheating on consoles, since it’s been that way since s10 and we’ve moaned about it over and over since then. Seasons are a joke now.
