Hello,
I had one thing left to do to complete the season 23 achievement and it was to add a socket in a legendary weapon using the cube.
I did it yesterday and saw the Achievement pop up… but nothing on the weapon and no achievement / rewards. Really weird i know.
Could we do something about it?

This “Achievement” does not exist. I think the one you are referring to is to add a socket to an item at the mystic. The item does not have to be legendary, and does not involve the cube.
The reason you got an achievement is because you reforged an item at the cube, and that is an achievement for the Conqueror chapter.
As VitaKaninen pointed out, you are confusing this
