With the +25% CDR of Essence of Anguish may be possible to do a Charge build without the reakor 2 set bonus.
I have calculated that is possible to have 78,68% CDR with Crismon Set and Imortal King set(+13% helm, +8% shoulder, +8% hands, +8 in two rings, +8% neck, +10% Imortal King weapon, +10% paragon, +10% sibila, +15% gogoak,+20% Crismon Set, +25% Essence of Anguish).
That gives you a 2,13s CD on Charge. That is not enough to have no CD on Charge hitting one target, but the Charge have a Skill Active Duration time and depending of your atack speed this is possible.
if Essence of Anguish had not been nerfed that build will be 100% possible and a LoD Charge Build too. What you guys think?

edit2: with the Essence of Anguish tier 3 that gives 15 stacks you can can have 82,23% cdr i will teste this on ptr for sure.
