Possible Bul-Kathos's Oath set bug

When using the Bul-Kathos weapon set whirlwind applies the movement speed increase which updates on the character sheet as expected. However, the attack speed increase does not.

Is it not supposed to show the ias on the sheet? Is this just a character sheet text bug? Or is the buff not being applied correctly?

Not a bug. Sheet damage does not tell the whole story.
