Psn dagger/explosion aren’t the only skills. Hell, HALF the damn skills in D2 need a buff because they are absolute trash. That’s why every class only has a couple viable builds, every other build needs crazy end-game gear to be viable at all.
I agree, and this is mostly due to the bad synergy system
Everything being about %damage make it so some skills damage skyrocket and other get even worse in comparaison
