I am stucking in character loading(~forever),so does to 17 players of my Battelnet friends(in coincident?IDTS).
I certainly be sure of something going wrong with Aisa server(both TW and Korea).
I can play in U.S server with the same account but can’t in Asia server.
Just like the login issue in PTR server,we stuck in char loading forever until the PTR server restart.
P.S: I try the way of delte catch DATA of Blizzard Entertainment(Deleting the Battle.net Cache Folder - Blizzard Support) but does’nt work.
Still stuck in char loading.
Have you also tried deleting other folder: Deleting Battle.net Files - Blizzard Support
Also, I have replied you on other thread about undersea cable issues in Asia area: Plz restart Asia Server - #5 by Maskraider-3992
