Playing together PC and NSwitch

Hi.
One question.
Is possible to play 2 persons in the same game, one with PC and other with NintendoSwitch?
Or both platforms never could mix the characters?

I don’t know if I’m explaining well, I have D2R in my PC and my daughter into NS, we want to play together, is it possible?

We tried this yesterday and we didn’t see a way to communicate the games, how can we do it?

Secondly, not possible. D2R has cross progression, not crossplay.
