Does Pinto’s pride apply slow before damage is done with WoL? I am asking because if slow is applied afterwards it would make bane of trapped useless in most speed builds where u oneshot trash.
The slow is applied on hit from Wol, so ya it is not the best choice for speeds when you are killing at range.
Yes, the slow is applied before damage.
If you’re one shotting everything anyway, you are better off swapping it for something like Wreath for the run speed buff, or any beneficial utility gem really.

out of curiosity i finally did some testing and swapped trapped with enforcer and on highest possible gr under 3 minutes, i couldn’t one shot trash anymore. So as Jay wrote pinto’s slow is obviously applied before damage is done.
