Agree that these items relevant to Phalanx / Condemn are intuitively linked to Akkhan Set bonuses. Baleful Remnant is hard to include with 2x 2h-weapons + 2x offhand Shields … sighz @DEVS !!!

Not to be overly greedy nor demanding as a needy gamer, but these items powers need to be smartly tuned / coded to fit various situations. highest push, speed push, solo, group, and +1-3 tiers of variations. Ring yes/no, Helm yes/no, Shield yes/no, 2H Weapon yes/no How About 1H-weapon!?
