I would take auto-loot for db’s just like we have for shards and gold. Pets miss way too much stuff when you are speed running.

Than just give all pets a 50-75 yard pick up radius and your speed running problems are solved… Same with all other mats including greater rift keys, uber organs and infernal machines…

I would still rather have auto-loot and pick-up radius on the character. It makes items like Avarice Band actually have some meaning. I would much rather allow other items to be taken off the insta-salvage list and be added to the “that might be useful list”. Pets are erratic and should remain mostly cosmetic. I do agree with you, though, all mats should have the option to be auto-looted. I just think there is a better way than adding to the pets list of things to collect.

Obviously not enough, since people still want it and it hasn’t been implemented yet. Besides, if we only had fresh ideas to argue over, this forum would have been completely dead years ago.

I would rather have both. Crafting mats added to the “useful list” and pets with at least 25 yard pick up radius, so you are not forced to use avarice band just to pick up mats easier. This way you don’t have to sacrifice any damage in order to use avarice band. I know that T16 is pretty “easy”, but still…

Pets should also pick up infernal machines and gems (emerals, topaz etc.).

I would also add 1 more 25 yard radius pick up radius affix to Avarice Band too and make the legendary power work together with the pets pick up radius, so picking up gold would also increase the pick up radius for pets.

This way you wouldn’t even have to pick up normal gems at all, cause your pets would do it for you which would make speed farming even more efficient (because the legendary power from Avarice Band would work with pets pick up radius).

Most of us want this but yet here we are wanting. It would help greatly in speed farming and performing conquests.
