Still testing. Had trouble getting the links to work with advanced table. Had to revert to simple table. Will try your suggestion later. Trying to keep it compact… without creating a wall-of-text… if possible.

Yep, that’s the one. That’s how I compacted the cosmetics guide from 40+ pages to just a few until you open it up. The Details code has two modes. By default it is closed (compacted). Appending the open argument will force it to default to an opened state. Useful for niche content, or for when you’re testing your code within the forum editor window.

It gets really fun when you embed entire tables with their own images and resizing in each row too. But if you aren’t careful it can get overwhelming quickly on the coding side. If you think I’m kidding, check the raw code from the cosmetics guide (note: it is one gigantic run-on code block in appearances only, required to eliminate line breaks between flyout links - there are fifteen distinct segments, each updated individually and then concatenated into a final master file).

The irony here is that I had to learn this all from scratch. And I found out the very bloody hard way that this forum software doesn’t use just HTML4, but also HTML5, but does not allow for HTML5’s requisite CSS arguments, so it’s a total bastardization of the two. That’s why the anchors are in HTML4 format while the flyouts are HTML5.
Hehe. Now you know why I created this thread. 
Unfortunately I couldn’t use this thread for that purpose initially, as I was trying to surprise MissCheetah, and thus had to do it all in the editor window, frequently copying and pasting between here and a couple HTML learning sites, and it still was hit and miss because this forum doesn’t display “proper” HTML correctly, and the learning sites don’t display this forum’s whacko amalgomation correctly either. Try learning in that environment!

At some point, maybe I can add more fancy things but for now I’m done lol.
