Triune has a nickname no one knows about: It’s Captain Crimson. This is his Season.
Some classes obviously do not need all three circles as there are builds that don’t rely on CDR or RCR. But everyone can use Captain’s set.
You will have a chance to get extra damage, extra damage+cooldown, and extra RCR+toughness. That makes all 3 circles useful for any build.
It’s been their intention all along to have us use the Captain set.
Does not make it usefull for moving builds, which also include many ranged builds, It is useable, but not great.
And the RoRG buff was of no use to LoN builds and the LoN buff has no use to sets
This is true but in order to use the set you need to give up something. Where as seasonal community buff has always been something of a passive.
The circles are only usefull for any ranged build. non-ranged builds would have to wait in the circle until enemies get closer. It needs to be reworked so that both play style can use the buff efficiently.
