Party chat saying “not in a party” when in game and clearly in a party, and when leaving active game stays connected to party not allowing player to join a new one please fix asap

We are having the same issue, we have restarted Game, Party, Computer. Nothing changes
when I join a party from a friend I cant leave. have to shut down my computer leave party doesn’t work
