I don’t notice the pestilence buff at all. The buff feels non-existent and the build feels much squishier than it was previously. Overall, this set is still pretty disappointing and that makes me kinda sad because it was one of my favorite sets a few seasons ago. This set in general doesn’t scale very well to higher difficulties.

I know the feeling. This set/build definetly needs more buff to damage and toughness. I hope they plan on doing something about it.
