I am thinking of getting a new game system. I have the XBOX ONE, but the urge for something different is gaining on me.
So, which do you think is better? I am not sure either really has that must have game yet. I been holding off on VR, waiting for the technology to improve, but it might be time with the new all in one system. PS5 seems to be very popular now, but the games I have seen are not drawing me in.
Thoughts?
I would definitely go with a VR Headset. It’s an entirely new medium and, while it doesn’t have a market full of AAA games, it still has some real gems in there. Half Life Alyx is amazing. Virtual Virtual Reality is the equivalent in concept of Portal VR. Super Hot is incredibly fun. Beat Saber is amazing. You have a lot to look through.
PS5 is just another next-gen console, in my opinion. Yes, it has some good games, but it’s not a different medium like VR is.
Well, I got the Oculus Quest 2. Its really cool, but it is exhausting. Man, I gotta get in shape.
