Loving that conduit around 2 min 40 sec. Great harpoon work in the second map. Then just watching for the theme to hit 150 stacks due to adds around the boss leading to the big boom. Super.
However, currently season buff is bugged. To maintain buff you need high toughness. Also players only have at most 2000 paragon right now and you have to hard cast in >100 mobs.
At least for season, W6 will dominate for a long time.
It’s just Pandemonium on the video. If I understand correctly hard casting advantage is that you apply Rend on (almost) all monsters in about 20 yards radius. Although the damage is the same it’s allow you to clear a pack faster.
P.S. The damage from AD procs is multiplied by your total AD. So if you have 3+ AD stats the damage will be higher.
Pay attention to the Pandemonium stacks. He starts the boss fight with 147 stacks. The boss starts to summon adds at 75% HP. When each add dies, it adds a Pandemonium stack. It takes him a while for 3 of the adds to die, taking it to 150 stacks, which spawns geysers right under the boss and it’s those that instagib the boss.
The effect of Ambo’s applies to hard-cast Rends as well as those applied by WW.
I gotta say: the seasonal bonus makes it pretty hard for me to assess how much is actually being contributed by AD in this video. Chaos…
On a related note, does anybody know whether the pandemonium effects scale off your own damage, or are like a Conduit pylon, that is entirely independent from your damage?
Seems independent. The entire season is essentially a huge fishing exercise where you want to gather all of the trash mobs like minnows and then work on killing them so the pandemonium bonuses take out the shark elites. It’s a fun mechanic and there is some strategy involved but if anything they keep introducing mechanics that make this game even more of a fishing simulator.
