It’s going along the whole industry; Ubisoft and Riot has their own cases to allegedly promote this kind of behaviour in the workplace. Did all of them get sued by California or business unfriendly organizations as well?

It’s running in the industry and all you ever did was stirring around for nothing and blaming people for not being “true fans” by comparing paragon levels which doesn’t have anything to do with human behaviour in a workplace.
